👉 Without (উই-দাউট)- ছাড়া, না করে, ব্যতীত,  না থাকা অবস্থায়

1. কোনো কিছু ছাড়া (Without + noun/pronoun)

     Subject + verb + without + noun/pronoun

     I cannot live without water. without + water (Noun) 
     আমি পানি ছাড়া বাঁচতে পারি না।
     He went out without an umbrella. without + an umbrella (Noun) 
     সে ছাতা ছাড়া বাইরে গেল।

     He went outside without an umbrella. without + an umbrella (Noun) 
     সে একটি ছাতা ছাড়া বাইরে গেল।

     She completed the work without help. without + help (Noun)
     সে সাহায্য ছাড়া কাজটি সম্পন্ন করেছে।

     We cannot succeed without effort. without + effort (Noun) 
     আমরা চেষ্টা ছাড়া সফল হতে পারি না।

     The baby slept without a pillow. without + a pillow (Noun) 
      শিশুটি বালিশ ছাড়া ঘুমিয়েছে।

     He left the house without permission. without + permission (Noun) 
     সে অনুমতি ছাড়া বাড়ি ছেড়ে চলে গেছে।

     She entered the room without shoes. without + shoes (Noun) 
     সে জুতা ছাড়া ঘরে প্রবেশ করল।

     A car cannot run without fuel. without + fuel (Noun) 
    জ্বালানি ছাড়া গাড়ি চলতে পারে না।

    They finished the project without money. without + money (Noun) 
     তারা টাকা ছাড়া প্রকল্পটি শেষ করেছে।

    You cannot learn English without practice. without + practice (Noun) 
    অনুশীলন ছাড়া তুমি ইংরেজি শিখতে পারবে না।

A man cannot live without food. without + food (Noun)
= একজন মানুষ খাবার ছাড়া বাঁচতে পারে না।
The poor child stayed without food for a day.
= গরিব শিশুটি একদিন খাবার ছাড়া ছিল।
The workers worked without food for many hours.
= শ্রমিকরা অনেক ঘণ্টা খাবার ছাড়া কাজ করেছিল।
We cannot survive without food and water.
= আমরা খাবার ও পানি ছাড়া বেঁচে থাকতে পারি না।
He went to school without food in the morning.
= সে সকালে খাবার ছাড়া স্কুলে গিয়েছিল।
The baby cannot sleep without food.
= শিশুটি খাবার ছাড়া ঘুমাতে পারে না।
No living creature can survive without food.
= কোনো জীব খাবার ছাড়া বেঁচে থাকতে পারে না।
They traveled for two days without food.
= তারা দুই দিন খাবার ছাড়া ভ্রমণ করেছিল।
     She cannot work without her computer.
     সে তার কম্পিউটার ছাড়া কাজ করতে পারে না।
     We cannot imagine life without electricity.
     আমরা বিদ্যুৎ ছাড়া জীবন কল্পনা করতে পারি না।

     Life is impossible without air.
    বাতাস ছাড়া জীবন অসম্ভব।

    I cannot solve this problem without your help.
    তোমার সাহায্য ছাড়া আমি এই সমস্যার সমাধান করতে পারি না।

2. কোনো কিছু ছাড়া (Without + pronoun)

     Subject + verb + without + pronoun

He went there without me. Without + me (pronoun)
অর্থ: সে আমাকে ছাড়া সেখানে গিয়েছিল।

The team cannot win without you. Without + you (pronoun)
অর্থ: তোমাকে ছাড়া দলটি জিততে পারবে না। 

She finished the work without him. Without + him (pronoun)
অর্থ: সে তাকে ছাড়া কাজটি শেষ করেছে। 

The child cannot sleep without her. Without + her (pronoun)
অর্থ: শিশুটি তাকে ছাড়া ঘুমাতে পারে না। 

They cannot complete the project without us. Without + us (pronoun) 
অর্থ: তারা আমাদের ছাড়া প্রকল্পটি সম্পন্ন করতে পারবে না। 

We won the match without them. Without + them (pronoun) 
অর্থ: আমরা তাদের ছাড়া ম্যাচটি জিতেছি।

I cannot open the door without it. Without + it (pronoun)
অর্থ: এটি ছাড়া আমি দরজা খুলতে পারি না।

মনে রাখার সহজ নিয়ম:

✅ Without + me/him/her/us/them/it ✔️

❌ Without + I/he/she/we/they ✖️

অর্থাৎ without-এর পরে সবসময় object form of pronoun বসে।

⚠️ নিয়ম: Without-এর পরে pronoun হলে object pronoun ব্যবহার করতে হয়।

3. কোনো কাজ না করে (Without + verb-ing)

     Subject + verb + without + verb-ing

    এখানে without-এর পরে verb-এর ing form হয়।

    He left without saying goodbye.
    বিদায় না বলে সে চলে গেল।
    She passed the exam without studying hard.
    সে কঠোরভাবে পড়াশোনা না করেই পরীক্ষায় পাস করেছে।
    He entered the room without knocking.
    সে দরজায় নক না করে ঘরে ঢুকল।
    You cannot learn English without practicing.
   অনুশীলন ছাড়া তুমি ইংরেজি শিখতে পারবে না।

    Never go outside without wearing a mask.
    মাস্ক না পরে কখনো বাইরে যেও না।

    He completed the task without making any mistake.
   সে কোনো ভুল না করেই কাজটি সম্পন্ন করেছে।

4. কেউ ছাড়া (Without + person)

     I went there without my friend.
     আমি আমার বন্ধু ছাড়া সেখানে গিয়েছিলাম।
    The child cannot sleep without his mother.
    শিশুটি তার মা ছাড়া ঘুমাতে পারে না।
    She completed the work without any help.
   সে কোনো সাহায্য ছাড়া কাজটি সম্পন্ন করেছে।

5. Without + article (a, an, the)

     সাধারণত without-এর পরে noun বসে, তবে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী article থাকতে পারে।

Article ছাড়া:

     He came without shoes.
     সে জুতা ছাড়া এসেছিল।

Article সহ:

     He came without a shirt.
     সে একটি শার্ট ছাড়া এসেছিল।

     She cannot live without the support of her family.
    সে তার পরিবারের সমর্থন ছাড়া বাঁচতে পারে না।

6. Without + any/no  

     Without any = কোনো কিছু ছাড়াই

     He solved the problem without any difficulty.
     সে কোনো অসুবিধা ছাড়াই সমস্যাটি সমাধান করেছে।
     She left without any explanation.
    সে কোনো ব্যাখ্যা ছাড়াই চলে গেছে।

7. Without + being + past participle (Passive অর্থে)

    কোনো কাজ না হয়ে বা না করিয়ে বোঝাতে ব্যবহার হয়।

without + being + V³

    The work was completed without being checked.
    কাজটি পরীক্ষা করা ছাড়াই সম্পন্ন করা হয়েছিল।
    He was punished without being given a chance.
    তাকে সুযোগ দেওয়া ছাড়াই শাস্তি দেওয়া হয়েছিল।

    The boy ran away without being seen.
    ছেলেটি দেখা না দিয়েই পালিয়ে গেল।

8. Without + object + verb-ing

    কোনো ব্যক্তি কোনো কাজ না করেই অন্য কাজ করেছে বোঝায়।

    He left the house without me knowing.
    আমার জানা ছাড়াই সে বাড়ি থেকে চলে গেছে।
    She took the money without anyone noticing.
    কেউ লক্ষ্য না করেই সে টাকা নিয়েছে।

9. গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নিয়ম মনে রাখুন:

✅ Without + noun
→ without money (টাকা ছাড়া)

✅ Without + pronoun
→ without me (আমাকে ছাড়া)

✅ Without + verb-ing
→ without working (কাজ না করে)
